Jo DeVane, LMSW, RYT-200
Welcome. I’m Jo.
I’m a therapist and yoga teacher in Savannah, Georgia. I love helping people find peaceful ways of relating to food, their bodies, and their partners.
I believe that when we live in a world full of information about what we should eat, what our bodies should look like, and what kind of sex we should be having, it’s no wonder we so often feel depressed, anxious, or out of control. I would love to help you explore what calm, freedom, and peace could look like for you.
I currently provide therapeutic services through Sage Counseling and Wellness. I am under the supervision of Shannon MathisMeyer, LCSW, CACII, consistent with GA Rule 135.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is calm, welcoming, and down-to-earth (and sometimes funny and irreverent if the moment calls for it).
